Mari Paul understands that an insightful third party can provide great

Prior to her fifteen years in search, Mari spent almost twenty years
providing tax and financial advice to large and small companies. After
working with Price Waterhouse, Coopers & Lybrand, Bank of America, and
Fujitsu, she realized that putting the right leaders to the right use
benefited companies more than putting money to the right use. In 1987
she changed her focus to the human resource.
While her education includes a Finance degree with honors, an MBA and
a law degree, Mari feels she gained most of her skills from being raised
as a third generation entrepreneur. Here she learned how much like a family
small business is; where early stage leaders mix management tools with
parenting techniques to encourage company growth. Here is where she gained
a comprehensive understanding of how a company lives and grows, how important
values are, and how to determine the “natural fit” executive for the position.
